Because our service provides immediate access to digital content and generates custom artwork using high-performance computing resources (GPU), our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our operational costs.
1. Nature of Our Service
AI Tattoo Genie is a subscription-based platform offering Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to premium features, including high-resolution AI tattoo generation and virtual try-on tools. These services incur immediate server and processing costs upon use.
2. Subscription and Refunds
Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Subscriptions: Since our service provides immediate digital value and utilizes significant computing power, we generally do not offer refunds for any subscription payments (including weekly plans) once the billing period has started and the service has been used.
Cooling-off Period: If you have purchased a subscription and have not generated any designs or used any premium features, you may request a full refund within 14 days (for Monthly/Yearly plans) or 48 hours (for Weekly plans) of the initial purchase.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you are unsatisfied with the artistic style of the AI outputs. We encourage all users to explore our "Explore" gallery to evaluate the quality before committing to a paid plan.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical Failures: If a confirmed system error or bug prevented you from using the service or receiving your generated designs.
- Double Billing: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized Activity: If you can provide evidence that your account was accessed and used without your authorization (subject to verification).
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle (e.g., until the end of your current week or month).
Cancellation stops future charges but does not result in a prorated refund for the remaining days of the current period.

- Transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt).
- A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

6. Abuse of Policy
AI Tattoo Genie reserves the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of policy abuse, such as repeatedly subscribing to weekly plans, generating a large volume of designs, and then requesting a refund.
